Job Description
You're an imaginative and confident digital Learning Designer. You love working with clients to come up with effective and compelling solutions.

To excel at this role you'll need to:

  • Establish an excellent rapport and consultative relationship with clients - understanding their business, their requirements and the bigger picture
  • Understand how and why learning can really make a difference to business performance and design solutions that support this
  • Support sales and marketing in the preparation of proposals and present your ideas to our clients
  • Love learning new skills and want to challenge yourself daily

  • Have a passion for digital, tapping into the latest and emerging technologies to achieve innovative business solutions

  • Contribute to thought leadership by writing blogs, presenting webinars and workshops

  • Work in collaboration with colleagues from the sales, graphical, technical and project management teams

  • Take responsibility for, and champion, your designs throughout the whole life of the project

  • Enjoy directing, guiding and coaching less experienced members of the team



  • 4+year experience in digital learning design in a commercial environment
  • A thorough knowledge of both learning and behavioural change theories
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Demonstrable understanding of the role of UX within digital learning design
  • Clear and confident communication and powerful, persuasive presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong visual sense
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate other members of the team
